This is one of the reasons I love the place I live... Coffee and laptop on the front porch, on a sunny Mid-Atlantic morning. Today we woke to temperatures in the high 30's and this afternoon we should hit 75. It won't be the first day I had the heat on overnight and the A/C on by the late afternoon...

I dream of having something like this, but when I do I don't sit still in them, as I am always getting up to go do something. I wonder if I will ever allow myself the pleasure of what you have here.
Turn off that AC, open the windows and just enjoy the fresh air as it clears the smells of 'house' out of the house. Be amazed at the aromas of spring flowers and simply the fresh air.
That is one beautiful, southern front porch. I can almost hear the juleps being stirred from here. ;-)
